What I’d actually build for a business like yours

What I’d build: First we’d work out what the questions actually are — client-facing or internal, process or knowledge. From there we’d pick the right shape: a matrix-based system where your partners pre-author the answers AI voices back, a chatbot connected to your internal documents, or sometimes just a well-written FAQ.
